Designed and built a production agent system that runs day-to-day marketing operations for a B2B manufacturer. A three-layer architecture (directives define the work, AI orchestrates, deterministic Python executes) coordinates 22 specialized skills across Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and Gemini — covering campaign intake, audience research, copywriting with automated brand-voice validation, landing page builds, UTM governance, and performance review.

The system is self-annealing: skills log their own failures, propose fixes, and improve with every campaign. Governance is engineered in, not hoped for — routing gates keep creative and execution work on the right platform, blocking QA gates stop launches with broken tracking, and credential separation isolates CRM access by machine. Integrated with HubSpot, GitHub, and Google Drive; every campaign artifact is version-controlled.
